We had a great Easter. Caleb's parents and brother came on Saturday and stayed for a couple days. It was fun to have them here with us on Easter. The kids always love when they come to visit.
Saturday we made and decorated Easter egg cookies.
Joshua was very excited. We read scriptures all week about the last week of Christ's life, which he was actually really excited about. He also has figured out the whole Easter egg and basket thing.
Abigail got a little lamb in her basket. She calls it Lamby. She did not much understand anything except that she was supposed to be excited like Joshua.

The Easter egg hunt. Again Joshua was primed and ready to go. Abigail took a minute or two to figure out what she was supposed to do. She stopped to open every egg she picked up, while Joshua collected all the eggs.

We went to Santa Monica beach and pier. It was really fun. The weather was perfect and the kids loved playing and digging in the sand with Grandpa and Joseph.
Some guy was blowing big bubbles that the kids chased all over.
Joseph built an awesome drip sand castle. The kids were helping until a big wave and got them all wet.
